Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Attach a copy of the order invoice that was sent to your email address after purchase.
3Send the parcel to this address:

Qibla, Abdullah Al Salem Street, Osama Commercial Complex, Floor 2 Office 16, Kuwait.

4After you have sent the parcel, please inform us of that by sending an email to info@ordratonline.com or calling +965 92217309.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return any purchased items within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

Customers have the right to exchange any purchased items within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items. The items can be exchanged if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.     

To return or exchange the items, please follow the steps mentioned above.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify us of any discovered defects in order for us to reimburse. The only exceptions are defects caused by improper handling of the items by the customer. Customers have the right to refuse to take items with defects and ask for a return or exchange. In this case the items must be  returned and their consumer properties, factory labels,and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return or exchange the items, you must submit proof of purchase such as the order invoice that was sent to your email address after purchase.

In accordance with MOCI, our return and refund policy is described above.
